Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Design and implement compensation/benefits packages to attract top talent
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Proven experience developing HR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of NYC labor laws and compliance requirements
