This hybrid position requires 3 days/week in our Manhattan headquarters with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting company growth and employee retention
- Lead talent acquisition pipeline, including employer branding and recruitment process optimization
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through performance management and culture-building programs
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee HRIS implementation and analytics to inform data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational development initiatives including leadership training and succession planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in management roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations for 200+ employee organizations
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating HR metrics into business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
