Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all organizational levels
- Oversee compensation structures and benchmarking analysis
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Proven track record in implementing HR technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments
