Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance programs ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across all organizational levels
- Manage HRIS implementation and optimization for data-driven decision making
- Partner with C-suite to align HR priorities with business objectives
- Lead crisis management and employee relations matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for 200+ employee organizations
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and federal compliance requirements
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management skills
