Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and HR best practices
- Manage compensation/benefits programs and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification required)
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, and HR analytics
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and data-driven HR initiatives
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics to ROI
