Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational goals and talent acquisition
- Lead employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and learning & development initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments and levels
- Manage HRIS implementation, data analytics, and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and conflict resolution
- Partner with department heads to assess talent needs and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership/management roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for high-growth organizations
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws, EEO guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
