Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management systems
- Lead organizational development initiatives including leadership coaching, succession planning, and change management
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve complex workplace conflicts
- Develop and analyze compensation structures, benefits packages, and compliance programs
- Oversee HRIS implementation and data analytics to drive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Proven track record in implementing organizational development programs
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
