Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for key technical and leadership roles

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in scaling HR operations for tech/growth companies
- Proven success in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred)
