Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data-driven policies and training programs
- Manage HRIS implementation and optimization for seamless workforce analytics
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience ideal)
- Deep knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling HR operations for high-growth tech environments
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
