You'll lead our HR initiatives from recruitment optimization to performance management, while championing DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) principles that reflect Austin's vibrant community. This hybrid position (3 days onsite) offers the perfect blend of strategic influence and direct impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and candidate experience optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion DEI initiatives through data-driven analytics, training programs, and inclusive policy development
- Oversee employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and HR compliance across federal and state regulations
- Manage HR technology stack including ATS, HRIS, and engagement platforms
- Drive organizational development through change management initiatives and culture-shaping programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record scaling HR functions for mid-size tech companies (100-500 employees)
- Expertise in Texas labor laws and federal compliance (FLSA, EEOC, ADA)
- Advanced data analytics skills with HR metrics reporting experience
- Experience implementing HR technology platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
