Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs
- Lead organizational development initiatives through change management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations while developing proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and total rewards programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data analytics and targeted outreach programs
- Manage HR technology implementation and optimization for seamless employee lifecycle management
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture development
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles at enterprise-level organizations
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required with demonstrated expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations across geographically distributed teams
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Experience in fast-paced tech or professional services environments
