- Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Drive compensation and benefits strategy to attract top talent while maintaining competitive market positioning
- Implement HR technology solutions (HRIS) to streamline operations and data-driven decision making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations in high-growth technology environments
- Deep knowledge of employment law (FLSA, EEOC, FMLA, etc.) and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable ROI
