Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
