Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry benchmarks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through performance management and development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including EEO, ADA, and FLSA
- Oversee HRIS implementation and data analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and cultural transformation
- Manage HR budget and vendor relationships for outsourced services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and HRIS systems
- Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Strong stakeholder management experience across all organizational levels
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments preferred
