Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
