Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting 200+ employees across 5 global offices
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, interview processes, and offer management
- Design and implement performance management systems with measurable KPIs
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and compliance with CA labor laws
- Champion DEI initiatives through training programs, mentorship, and policy development
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management projects
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and ROI optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for tech/growth-stage companies
- Advanced knowledge of CA employment regulations and OFCCP compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS (Workday/BambooHR) and analytics platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of driving culture transformation and engagement initiatives
