Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals

- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and policy development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
