Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in employment law and compliance (NY, NJ, CT)
- Proven success scaling HR programs in fast-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
