Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting 500+ employees across 3 offices
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier tech talent using data-driven recruitment methods
- Design and implement employee engagement programs with 90%+ participation targets
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning for critical roles
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Manage $2M+ HR budget with strategic resource allocation
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives measurable through quarterly metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations for tech/growth companies
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Advanced data analytics skills using HR metrics to drive decisions
- Strong business acumen with experience partnering with C-suite
- California labor law specialization required
- Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
