Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational growth and employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and industry best practices
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and proactive communication strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and federal regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
