Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff, resolving complex employee relations issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies, conducting regular audits and updating documentation.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and promote continuous professional development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage reward strategies and conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional HR qualification.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in HR management within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Tools: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive cultural change.
