Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth tech companies
- Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
