Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy development
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
