Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, including employer branding and candidate experience optimization
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Drive organizational development through training programs and leadership coaching
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and data analytics (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Proven experience in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Deep knowledge of Texas labor laws and federal compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
