Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and operational roles
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Develop and administer competitive compensation/benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Drive DEI initiatives through training programs, policy development, and culture campaigns
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Partner with C-suite on workforce planning and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification required
- 10+ progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles within tech/consulting
- Expertise in Texas labor laws, EEO compliance, and OFCCP regulations
- Proven success scaling HR operations during high-growth phases
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/BambooHR) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence all organizational levels
- Strong project management experience with complex cross-functional initiatives
