Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support company growth.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement competitive HR policies and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee records with precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and California labor regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations issues and driving change.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
