Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives supporting business objectives and organizational growth
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for critical technical and leadership roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Proven success in talent acquisition for technical teams
- Expertise in California employment law and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
