Responsibilities

- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and structure optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in tech or high-growth industries
- Expertise in employment law compliance (CA/FED)
- Advanced data analytics and HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
