- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements

Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR analytics
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
- Experience scaling HR processes for high-growth tech environments
