Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and talent acquisition
- Lead organizational design initiatives and change management programs
- Champion DEI initiatives and data-driven employee engagement strategies
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance systems
- Advise leadership on HR compliance, labor relations, and risk mitigation
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Drive talent development programs including leadership succession planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP) and data analytics
- Proven success in change management and organizational development
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and federal compliance requirements
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
