Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including role mapping and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building programs and performance management systems
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and compliance
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and total rewards programs
- Implement DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and federal regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
