Our ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. You'll partner closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering an inclusive workplace where innovation thrives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, performance management, and retention programs
- Design and implement compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and organizational equity goals
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs through data analysis and strategic interventions
- Manage workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to support scaling objectives
- Oversee HR compliance with federal and state regulations, including ADA, EEO, and FMLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and data analytics
- Proven success in managing complex employee relations cases
- Advanced knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and strategic problem-solving abilities
