Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and employee retention
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Partner with department heads to align HR programs with operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation strategy
- Proven experience implementing HR technology platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex HR data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated success in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives
