As a key member of our HR leadership team, you'll partner with department heads to develop talent strategies, implement performance management systems, and champion diversity & inclusion initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence HR policy design, lead organizational development projects, and drive measurable improvements in employee retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Design and implement performance management systems and development programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Oversee compensation reviews and benchmarking processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in talent management and organizational development
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience in tech or startup environment highly valued
