Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Drive organizational development initiatives including performance management and leadership coaching
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards program optimization
- Implement DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage HR compliance and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven experience in talent management and organizational development
- Expertise in NYC labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fast-paced tech or professional services environment
