Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth objectives and talent acquisition
- Lead organizational design initiatives and change management programs
- Drive performance management systems and compensation philosophy alignment
- Champion DEI initiatives and create inclusive workplace policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification required
- Proven experience in tech or high-growth environments
- Expertise in organizational development and change management
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
