Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives supporting business growth and talent acquisition
- Lead organizational design initiatives, restructuring, and change management programs
- Drive performance management frameworks and compensation strategy alignment
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster inclusive leadership practices
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience in tech/consulting industry with complex organizational structures
- Advanced expertise in employment law compliance and risk mitigation
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
