Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Talent Management: Lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, mediation, and resolution strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement robust training programs and leadership development initiatives to upskill the workforce.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while championing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, communicating effectively to mitigate resistance and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or Senior HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
