Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Talent Management: Lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
