Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention
- Lead change management initiatives for organizational restructuring and process improvements
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all departments
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and compliance
- Drive compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and action planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in Illinois employment law and federal compliance (FLSA, ADA, EEO)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR analytics
- Proven success in managing complex employee relations cases
- Experience supporting high-growth tech or professional services environments
- Exceptional consulting skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
