Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, focusing on diversity and inclusion
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that boost retention and productivity
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and compliance expertise
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Drive HR process improvements using HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven success in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations
- Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing HR initiatives in high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with ability to align HR strategy with company objectives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
