Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for key technical and leadership roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership on compensation strategy and total rewards optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and DEI initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in high-growth technology or professional services environment
