Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business growth and talent retention
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Drive performance management programs and succession planning for critical roles
- Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement through data-driven interventions
- Advise leadership on HR compliance, risk mitigation, and labor law updates
- Design and implement compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in tech sector talent acquisition and scaling organizations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics for decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and federal regulations
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
