Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies for 150+ employees across tech and operations teams
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation planning, and performance management frameworks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs and wellness campaigns
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and HR best practices
- Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in strategic HRBP roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in tech sector talent management and scaling organizations
- Advanced knowledge of Texas employment law and federal regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
