Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Drive DE&I initiatives through training, policy development, and analytics
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in talent acquisition and employee relations within tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP) and HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
