Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across engineering, product, and sales departments
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Develop and implement DEI programs that drive measurable outcomes and inclusive workplace culture
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and strategic solutions
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits optimization to maintain market competitiveness
- Drive HR analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and business strategy
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and evolving regulatory landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in scaling HR systems and processes for high-growth environments
- Proven track record designing DEI frameworks and measurable inclusion metrics
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
