Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development programs for high-performing teams
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and HR process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and change management
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent management, compensation strategy, and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in tech or scaling startup environments
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
