Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in strategic BP roles
- Proven success scaling HR operations in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in compensation strategy and job architecture design
- Advanced certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
