Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, including executive-level recruitment and employer branding
- Drive performance management programs and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and implement culture-building initiatives
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance frameworks
- Provide strategic HR consulting to department heads and senior leadership
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform organizational development decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in business partnering roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of NYC labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in HRIS implementation (Workday preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR initiatives into ROI
