Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition strategies including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and candidate experience optimization
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building initiatives, performance management systems, and change management
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and industry best practices
- Lead DEI initiatives including training programs, policy development, and metrics analysis
- Partner with department heads on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Proven track record leading DEI initiatives and organizational change
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience in tech/startup environments preferred
