Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for 150+ employees across EMEA regions
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and diversity programs
- Drive performance management cycles and leadership development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with UK/EU labor laws
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Implement HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making
- Partner with department heads on organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic business partnering
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification essential
- Expert knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR compliance
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytics skills with experience in HR metrics reporting
- Change management certification or demonstrable experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities
